How big is the bag?

About 20 × 18 × 24 cm (7.9 × 7.1 × 9.4 in). It fits a phone, wallet, keys and small everyday essentials. It comes with a shoulder strap for crossbody wear.

Is it really handmade?

Yes. Every bag is crocheted by hand, so small differences in stitches and colour make each one unique.

Which designs are available?

Christmas Tree, Snowy Cottage, Santa and Reindeer. When you buy 2 or 3 bags, you can choose a different design for each one.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order to the United States, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days to the United States and 10–18 business days to Canada and Europe. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

The earlier you order, the safer. Check the estimated delivery times above and allow a few extra days during the holiday season.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. More on our Track Your Order page.

What if I don't like it?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. See our Refund Policy.

What is Shipping Protection?

An optional add-on at checkout. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we send a replacement or issue a refund.

Which currencies can I pay in?

US dollars, euros and Canadian dollars. Use the currency button in the bottom-right corner of the site.
