Free Shipping

Every Stitchboybags order ships free, with no minimum order amount.

Where we ship

United States, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands.

Processing time

Each bag is crocheted by hand. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Estimated delivery time

• United States: 7–14 business days
• Canada and Europe: 10–18 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are counted from the day your order is placed. During the holiday season and peak periods, carriers may need a few extra days.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order on our Track Your Order page.

Shipping Protection

At checkout you can add optional Shipping Protection. It covers your order if the package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit; we will send a replacement or issue a refund. To make a claim, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please email us at fuzzlefest.support@gmail.com and we will look into it.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible; we can update the address before the order ship
